Defect
The headlamp changeover switch terminals are improperly assembled, resulting in insufficient contact pressure at the low-beam terminals. Electrical arcing during switching operations causes the contact surfaces to wear. As wear progresses, the contacts develop poor conductivity, and the low-beam headlamps may fail to illuminate.
Corrective action
Replace the headlamp changeover switch with a conforming part on all vehicles.

②前照灯切替スイッチにおいて、当該スイッチの端子の組付け方法が不適切なため、すれ 違い用端子の接点圧が低く、切替操作の際の通電により接点部が摩耗し、接点部が通電不 良となるものがあり、すれ違い用前照灯が点灯しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、前照灯切替えスイッチを良品と交換する。
