Defect
The service access hole on the rear of the low-beam headlamp housing is incorrectly dimensioned. When the cover is installed, the seal may be misaligned, preventing an airtight fit and allowing water to enter the circuit board. In the worst case, the voltage control circuit may short circuit, causing the low-beam headlamps to fail to illuminate.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the service cover and seal with corrected parts.

状況
灯火装置のすれ違い用前照灯において、本体背面にある整備穴の寸法が不適切なため、 蓋を取付ける際にシールの位置がずれて気密性が確保できないものがあり、水が電気基板 部に浸入し、最悪の場合、電圧制御回路が短絡してすれ違い用前照灯が点灯しなくなるお それがある。
改善措置
全車両、整備蓋とシールを対策品と交換する。
