Defect
The weight balance of the propeller shaft is improper on some vehicles. Continued use causes the rear end of the propeller shaft to bend during driving, allowing it to disengage from the spline and rendering the vehicle inoperable. In the worst case, the fuel tank may also be damaged.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the propeller shaft with a corrected part.

状況
プロペラシャフトにおいて、重量のバランスが不適切なものがあるため、そのままの状態 で使用を続けると、走行中にプロペラシャフト後端部に曲がりが発生するため、スプライ ン部から外れ、走行不能となるおそれがある。なお、最悪の場合、燃料タンクを破損させ るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該プロペラシャフトを対策品に交換する。
