Defect
(3) On the radiator fan motor, the brush material is improper. The brushes absorb moisture and swell, causing poor electrical contact and stopping the radiator fan motor. This results in reduced air conditioning performance and rising coolant temperature. Continued use may, in the worst case, lead to engine overheating or engine stall.
Corrective action
(3) On all vehicles, replace the radiator fan motor with a corrected part.

状況
（３）ラジエーターファンモーターにおいて、ブラシの材質が不適切なため、ブラシが吸湿して膨張することにより、接触不良となり、ラジエーターファンモーターが停止することがある。そのため、エアコンの効き不良や冷却水の水温上昇が生じ、そのまま使用を続けると、オーバーヒートやエンストに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
（３）全車両、ラジエーターファンモーターを対策品に交換する。
