Defect
The propeller shaft straightening method used during the manufacturing process is improper, leaving some shafts with insufficient strength. Continued use in this condition may cause the propeller shaft to fracture, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the propeller shaft assembly with a conforming part.

状況
プロペラシャフトにおいて、製造工程による曲がり修正の方法が不適切なため、当該シャフトの強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該シャフトが折損して走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、プロペラシャフト一式を良品と交換する。
