Defect
The bolt securing the pulley to the crankshaft is tightened to an incorrect torque. Continued use allows the bolt to loosen and, in the worst case, the bolt may fall out or fracture, causing the pulley to detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the bolt, apply oil to the threads and bearing face, and retorque to the specified value. On vehicles produced before the bolt material change, replace the bolt with the corrected part, apply oil to the threads and bearing face, and retorque to the specified value.

状況
原動機において、プーリーをクランクシャフトへ固定するボルトの締め付けトルクが不適 切なため、このままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトが弛み、最悪の場合、ボルトが 脱落または折損し、プーリーが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトを外し、ネジ、頭座面部へ油を塗布し指定トルクで再締め付ける。ボ ルト材質変更以前の車両については当該ボルトを対策品に交換し、ネジ、頭座面部へ油を 塗布し指定トルクで再締め付ける。
