Defect
The oil supply passage drilled into the cylinder head for the camshaft was machined incorrectly, leaving some passages undrilled and blocked. Oil does not reach the camshaft, causing camshaft seizure and rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the oil supply condition to the cylinder head. Replace the cylinder head with a non-defective unit on any vehicle where oil is not being supplied.

状況
シリンダヘッドのカムシャフトへのオイル供給穴の加工が不適切なため、未貫通のものが ある。そのため、カムシャフトへオイルが供給されず、カムシャフトが焼付き、走行がで きなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、シリンダヘッドへのオイル供給状態を点検し、オイルが供給されていないものは シリンダヘッドを良品と交換する。
