Issue
On wing-body trucks, inadequate control of manufacturing tooling during production of the wing opening/closing hydraulic hoses has resulted in some hose end fittings being crimped beyond the specified value. When pressure is applied during wing operation, the hydraulic hose at the over-crimped fitting may be damaged, causing a hydraulic fluid leak and loss of wing operation.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the crimp dimension at the hydraulic hose end fitting is measured. Hoses with crimp dimensions outside the specified value are replaced with new hydraulic hoses.

状況
ウイング車の開閉用油圧ホースにおいて、製造治具の管理に不備があったため、先端に取り付けられている口金具が規定値より強く加締められているものがある。そのため、ウイング開閉に伴い圧力がかかると口金具部の油圧ホースが破損し油漏れを起こし、ウイングが作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、油圧ホース口金具部の加締め量を測定し、加締め量が規定値から外れているものは新規油圧ホースと交換する。
