Issue
On van-type wing-body trucks, the mount bracket weld at the center beam attachment point on the upper rear frame is improperly welded, resulting in insufficient strength. Repeated opening and closing of the wing body causes a crack to develop at this location. In the worst case, the bracket may fracture, rendering the wing body unable to open or close.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the mount bracket weld at the center beam attachment point on the upper rear frame is inspected. On vehicles with improper welds, weld repair is performed.

状況
バン型ウイング車のリヤフレーム上部のセンタービーム取付部において、マウントブラケットの溶接が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、繰り返しウイングを開閉すると亀裂が生じ、最悪の場合、当該ブラケットが破断し、ウイングの開閉ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リヤフレーム上部のセンタービーム取付部のマウントブラケット溶接部を点検し、溶接が不適切な車両は溶接補修を行う。
