Issue
On the load-handling device of the forklift, the weld on the middle mast upper beam is improperly applied, resulting in insufficient strength on some units. Repeated load-handling operations that place high stress on this area may cause the weld to fail, allowing the inner mast to separate from the middle mast and rendering the load-handling function inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the middle mast with a corrected part.

状況
フォークリフトの荷役装置において、ミドルマストアッパービームの溶接が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、当該部位への負荷の大きい荷役作業を繰り返し行うと、当該溶接部が破損し、インナーマストがミドルマストから外れ、荷役作業ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ミドルマストを対策品に交換する。
