Defect
On diesel engine forklifts and loaders equipped with the 1ZS-type or 1KD-type engine, an improper engine control program may allow injector deterioration over extended use to cause particulate matter (PM) in exhaust emissions to exceed the regulatory limit.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the engine control program to the corrected/updated software.

状況
ディーゼルエンジン式フォークリフト、およびショベルローダの原動機（１ＺＳ型／１ＫＤ型）において、エンジン制御コントローラのプログラムが不適切なため、長時間使用するとインジェクタの劣化により、排出ガス中のＰＭ（粒子状物質）が規制値を超過するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エンジン制御コントローラのプログラムを修正する。
