Defect
In the fuel injection system of engine-powered forklifts, improper process control during injector body molding results in insufficient strength in affected units. Repeated cycling of common rail fuel pressure causes cracks to develop at the injector inlet, which may lead to a fuel leak.
Corrective action
Replace the injector on all vehicles with a non-defective part.

状況
エンジン式フォークリフトの燃料装置において、インジェクタ本体成型時の条件管理が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、コモンレール圧力(燃料圧力)の繰り返しによりインジェクタのインレット部に亀裂が発生し、燃料漏れに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、インジェクタを良品に交換する。
