Issue
On electric forklifts, the charging cable connection plug is improperly shaped. When the plug is removed from the vehicle's charging panel by gripping the handle and shaking it forcefully, the outer housing of the plug may deform, applying excessive stress to the internal wiring. This can cause the wire to break at the terminal, or the terminal fastening bolt to loosen, resulting in an inability to charge. In the worst case, if the broken wire short-circuits, the connection plug may melt.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the charging cable connection plug with a corrected part.

状況
電動式フォークリフトの充電ケーブルにおいて、接続プラグの形状が不適切なため、車両の充電パネルから充電ケーブルの接続プラグを抜く際に、グリップハンドルを持って大きく揺すると、接続プラグ外郭が変形し、接続プラグ内で電線に無理な力が加わることがある。そのため、電線が端子部で断線、または端子締結ボルトが緩み、充電不能に至るおそれがある。また、断線した電線がショートすると、接続プラグが溶損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、充電ケーブルの接続プラグを対策品に交換する。
