Issue
An error in the hydraulic pump motor rotation control program within the forklift's hydraulic control unit for cargo handling and steering causes a specific sequence of conditions—fine operation of the cargo lever while the pump motor is within a specific speed range at maximum hydraulic pressure, followed by rapid return of the lever to neutral—to momentarily reduce hydraulic pressure below the level required for power-assisted steering. If a steering input is made during this interval, steering effort may temporarily increase.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the controller with the corrected/updated software.

状況
フォークリフトの荷役及び操舵の油圧制御コントローラにおいて、油圧ポンプモータの回転制御プログラムが不適切なため、荷役レバーを微操作し、油圧ポンプモータが特定の回転数の範囲にあり、かつ、油圧が最大の状態から、すばやく荷役レバーを中立位置へ戻した直後に、一時的に操舵のパワーアシストに必要な油圧が不足することがある。そのため、この間にステアリング操作を行うと、一時的に操舵力が重くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、コントローラの制御プログラムを対策プログラムに書き換える。
