Defect
In the hybrid system voltage converter (inverter), improper handling of a manufacturing process anomaly has resulted in certain units where the capacitor is not bolted to the converter body and is supported only by its terminals. Driving vibration may cause the terminals to fracture, illuminating a warning light. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the voltage converter with a serviceable unit.

状況
ハイブリッドシステムの電圧変換器（インバータ）において、製造工程での異常処置が不適切なため、コンデンサが電圧変換器本体にボルト締結されず、端子のみで支持されているものがある。そのため、走行振動により端子が折損して警告灯が点灯し、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、電圧変換器を良品と交換する。
