Issue
In the check valve of the hydraulic power unit installed on wing trucks, improper manufacturing of the piston has resulted in some pistons with an outer diameter exceeding the specified value. When the operating switch is turned off mid-cycle during an opening or closing operation, the affected piston may fail to return to its home position. This allows hydraulic fluid inside the check valve to flow in reverse, which may cause the side wall panel to descend from its stopped position.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the hydraulic unit number and, where applicable, replace the unit with a conforming part.

状況
ウイングトラックに搭載した油圧パワーユニットのチェック弁において、ピストンの製造が不適切なため、外径が規定値を超えたものがある。そのため、開閉操作の途中でスイッチをOFFにした場合、当該ピストンが定位置に戻らないことがあり、チェック弁内部の作動油が逆流することにより、側壁が停止位置から降下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、油圧ユニットの番号を確認し、該当する場合は良品と交換する。
