Defect
On refrigerated/freezer trucks, the mounting bracket for the air suspension remote control BOX was not welded in the position specified on the engineering drawings. This may cause a crack to develop in the bracket. Continued operation allows the crack to propagate. In the worst case, the air suspension remote control BOX may detach from the vehicle and become a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the air suspension remote control BOX mounting bracket with a corrected part. (Due to the urgency of this remedy, verification of its effectiveness is not yet complete. Once verification is finished, a further notification will be filed if necessary and the bracket will be replaced with a permanent corrected part.)

状況
冷蔵冷凍車のエアサスペンションリモコンＢＯＸ固定ブラケットにおいて、図面指示通りの位置に部材の溶接が実施されていないため、当該ブラケットに亀裂が入ることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合エアサスペンションリモコンＢＯＸが脱落し、他の交通の妨げになるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エアサスペンションリモコンＢＯＸ固定ブラケットを対策品に交換する。 （今回の対策については緊急性を要した為、有効性の検証が不足しているが、検証が終了次第、必要な場合は再度届出を実施の上、恒久対策品と交換する）
