Defect
The cabin heater wiring uses an incorrect connector combination. Over time, oxidation forms on the connector terminals, generating heat. Continued use causes the connector to burn, and in the worst case, may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the affected wiring connector and replace it with a direct hardwired connection.

状況
車室暖房用ヒータにおいて、ハーネスコネクタの組合せが不適切なため、経年劣化してハ ーネスコネクタの端子部に酸化物が発生し、発熱するものがある。そのため、そのままの 状態で使用を続けると、コネクタが焼損し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある
改善措置
全車両、当該配線コネクタを除去して、直結接続に変更する。
