Defect
On vehicles equipped with a manual transmission, the engine flywheel has insufficient strength. Operating the vehicle at low speed in a high gear generates vibration that causes internal damage to the flywheel. In the worst case, power transmission is interrupted, leaving the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the flywheel with the corrected part.
