Defect
On large route buses equipped with CNG engines, the fuel flow adjustment screw on the gas mixer (air-fuel mixer) is improperly adjusted, causing insufficient fuel delivery relative to the incoming air volume. This results in inadequate output under high-load conditions. In the worst case, nitrogen oxide emissions may increase beyond allowable levels.
Corrective action
Adjust the gas mixer fuel flow adjustment screw on all vehicles to the specified setting.

状況
CNGエンジンを搭載した大型路線バスにおいて、ガスミキサー(混合器)の燃料流量調整スクリュの調整が不適切なため、空気量に対して燃料が不足することがある。そのため、高負荷領域で出力不足となり、最悪の場合、窒素酸化物の排出量が増加するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ガスミキサーの当該スクリュを調整する。
