Defect
At the lubrication oil pipe mounting section of the vacuum pump, the fixing bolt was tightened with insufficient axial force, causing the bolt to loosen. Continued use allows oil to leak past the gasket and, in the worst case, may result in engine seizure.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the gasket with a new part and retighten the bolt to the specified torque.

状況
バキュームポンプの潤滑用オイルパイプ取付け部において、当該パイプ固定ボルトの軸力不足により、ボルトが緩むものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、パッキンからオイルが漏れ、最悪の場合、エンジンが焼き付くおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、パッキンを新品に交換するとともに、当該ボルトを規定トルクで締付ける。
