Defect
The rearview mirrors were designed to incorrect specifications. As a result, (1) some left-side exterior rearview mirrors have an insufficient mirror surface radius of curvature, and (2) some interior rearview mirrors (convex type) have an insufficient mirror surface width. These conditions may cause the vehicle to fail to meet the structural requirements for single-operator bus service.
Corrective action
Replace the rearview mirrors on all affected vehicles with corrected parts.

状況
後写鏡において、設計寸法が不適切なため、 （１）左側後写鏡の鏡面曲率半径が小さいものがある。（２）室内後写鏡（凸面鏡）の鏡面幅が小さいものがある。 そのため、ワンマンバスの構造要件に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該後写鏡を対策品に交換する。
