Defect
On the flywheel housing, inadequate torque instructions for plate cover mounting bolts during the manufacturing process resulted in certain bolts not being tightened to the specified value. Continued use causes the bolts to loosen. In the worst case, the bolts and plate cover may fall off while driving, creating a hazard for other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, tighten the affected bolts to the specified torque value.

状況
フライホイールハウジングにおいて、製造工程でのプレートカバー取付けボルトの締付け指示が不適切なため、規定トルクで締付けられていないものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ボルトが緩み、最悪の場合、ボルトおよびプレートカバーが走行中に脱落し、他の交通の妨げとなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトを規定トルクで締付ける。
