Defect
On large and medium touring buses, incorrect instructions for the on-board tool kit resulted in vehicles being shipped without the parking brake manual release tool (wrench). If the parking brake becomes stuck in the applied position due to a malfunction or other cause, the tool required to manually release it is not available.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install the parking brake manual release tool (wrench) in the on-board tool kit.

状況
大・中型観光バスにおいて、車載工具の搭載指示が不適切なため、駐車ブレーキ解除用工具（スパナ）が搭載されていない。そのため、故障等により駐車ブレーキが作動したままの状態となった場合に、当該工具を用いて解除することができない。
改善措置
全車両、駐車ブレーキ解除用工具（スパナ）を搭載する。
