Defect
Inadequate dimensional control during the manufacturing process of the interior rearview mirror (convex type) results in a mirror surface width smaller than the specified value. As a result, the vehicle may not conform to the structural requirements applicable to single-operator buses.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected rearview mirror with a conforming part.
