Defect
In the fuel system of engine-powered forklifts, the fuel return line routing excess fuel back to the tank was improperly designed, resulting in insufficient strength. Repeated engine starts and stops under these conditions can cause cracks to develop in the fuel pipe, leading to a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel lines (fuel pipe and fuel hose) with corrected parts.

状況
エンジン式フォークリフトの燃料装置において、余剰燃料をタンクに戻す燃料配管の設計が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態でエンジン始動停止を繰り返すと、燃料パイプに亀裂が発生し、燃料漏れに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料配管（燃料パイプ、燃料ホース）を対策品に交換する。
