Defect
On LPG-fueled engine-type forklifts, the inner rubber layer of the fuel hose on certain units was not properly fused during manufacturing. As a result, LPG may leak from the hose.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the lot number of the fuel hose and replace any hose from the defective lot with a conforming part.
