Defect
On LPG-powered engine forklifts, improper bending during the manufacture of the LPG pipe causes wrinkles to form at the bent section. Continued use allows engine vibration to damage the LPG pipe, resulting in an LPG leak. In the worst case, this may lead to a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
Replace the LPG pipe on all affected vehicles with a non-defective unit.

状況
エンジン式フォークリフトのＬＰＧ仕様車において、ＬＰＧパイプ製造時の曲げ加工が不適切なため、当該曲げ部にシワが発生する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、エンジンの振動によりＬＰＧパイプが損傷し、ＬＰＧがもれ、最悪の場合火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＬＰＧパイプを良品に交換する。
