Defect
In the fuel system of engine-powered forklifts and loaders, inadequate process controls during injector body molding result in insufficient strength in some units. Repeated exposure to fuel rail pressure may cause cracks to develop at the injector inlet, leading to a fuel leak.
Corrective action
Replace the injector on all vehicles with a non-defective part.

状況
エンジン式フォークリフト及びショベルローダの燃料装置において、インジェクタ本体成型時の条件管理が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、コモンレール圧力の繰り返しによりインジェクタのインレット部に亀裂が発生し、燃料漏れに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、インジェクタを良品に交換する。
