Defect
The strength evaluation for the combination of the fuel pipe and fuel filter in the engine fuel system was insufficient. This oversight allows the assembly to resonate during operation, generating stress that exceeds the allowable limit. As a result, the fuel pipe may crack and cause a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel pipe with the corrected part.

状況
原動機の燃料装置において、燃料パイプと燃料フィルターの組合せによる強度評価が不足していたため、共振を起こし許容値を超える応力が発生する場合がある。そのため、当該燃料パイプに亀裂が生じ、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料パイプを対策品と交換する。
