Defect
Inadequate management of press equipment during manufacturing caused some steel disc wheels to be formed with an incorrect disc shape, resulting in insufficient weld strength between the disc and rim. This allows cracks to develop at the weld. In the worst case, the disc wheel may fracture.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the disc wheel manufacturing number and, where applicable, replace with a conforming unit.

状況
（３）スチール製ディスクホイールにおいて、プレス設備の管理が不適切なため、ディスクが形状不良となり、リムとの溶接強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、溶接部に亀裂が生じ、最悪の場合、ディスクホイールが破損するおそれがある。
改善措置
（３）全車両、ディスクホイールの製造番号を点検し、該当する場合は良品と交換する。
