Defect
The body integrated control computer within the fuse block contains capacitors produced using an improper manufacturing process, which may cause an internal short circuit. Continued operation allows the fuse to blow, disabling the vehicle's lights and causing the engine to stall.
Corrective action
Replace the fuse block assembly on all vehicles with a conforming unit.

状況
ヒューズブロック内のボデー統合制御コンピュータにおいて、コンデンサの製造工程が不適切なため、内部ショートが発生することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ヒューズが溶断して、灯火器が点灯しなくなるとともにエンジンが停止するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヒューズブロックを良品と交換する。
