Defect
The body integrated control computer within the fuse block contains capacitors produced using an improper manufacturing process, which may cause an internal short circuit. Continued operation allows the fuse to blow, disabling the vehicle's lights and causing the engine to stall.
Corrective action
Replace the fuse block assembly on all vehicles with a conforming unit.

状況
