Defect
(1) On the front stabilizer, the specified tightening torque for the nut securing the control link was set incorrectly. When the front stabilizer is subjected to torsional input from driving over a step or similar obstacle, the securing nut may loosen, causing play and abnormal noise. This may cause the vehicle to fail to meet the requirements for shock-absorbing devices under Article 14 of the Safety Standards. (2) In the power converter (hybrid inverter), the inverter startup control program is incorrect. When starting the engine, the inverter may fail to start, preventing the engine from starting. A message indicating a hybrid system fault may also appear on the meter display.
Corrective action
(1) On all vehicles, retighten the control link securing nut to the revised specified torque. (2) On all vehicles, reprogram the inverter control program with the corrected updated software.

状況
（１）フロントスタビライザにおいて、コントロールリンクを固定するナットの締め付けトルクの設定が不適切なため、段差の乗り越え等でフロントスタビライザに捻じれが加わった際の入力により締め付けナットが緩み、がたつきや異音が発生することがある。そのため、保安基準第１４条の緩衝装置に求められる要件を満たさないおそれがある。 （２）電力変換装置（インバータ）において、インバータ起動制御プログラムが不適切なため、エンジンを始動する際にインバータを起動できず、エンジンが始動しないことがある。またハイブリッドシステムの異常を知らせるメッセージがメータ内ディスプレイに表示されるおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、コントロールリンクを固定するナットを変更した規定トルクで締め付ける。 （２）全車両、インバータの制御プログラムを対策プログラムに書き換える。
