Defect
The engine oil pump chain on affected vehicles was improperly assembled during manufacturing and may not be seated in the correct position. If the chain disengages and the oil pump stops, oil pressure drops, illuminating the oil pressure warning lamp and engine warning lamp and triggering a power output restriction. In the worst case, the engine may seize.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the engine with a conforming unit.

状況
エンジンのオイルポンプチェーンにおいて、製造時の組み付け作業が不適切なため、正しい位置に組み付けられていないものがある。そのため、オイルポンプチェーンが外れてオイルポンプが停止すると、油圧が低下することで油圧警告灯およびエンジン警告灯が点灯してエンジン出力に制限がかかり、最悪の場合、エンジンが焼き付くおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エンジンを良品と交換する。
