Defect
In mild hybrid vehicles, the transmission control computer uses improper clutch control logic. Immediately after the engine shuts down and the vehicle switches to EV operation on motor power alone, the clutch engagement timing between the motor and engine may be off when the engine attempts to restart. As a result, engine speed fails to rise and the engine may not restart.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the transmission control computer and engine control computer with the corrected/updated software, then perform the initial transmission learning procedure.

状況
②マイルドハイブリッド車のトランスミッション制御コンピュータにおいて、クラッチ制御が不適切なため、エンジンを停止してモータによるEV走行へ切り替わった直後に、停止したエンジンが再始動する際、モータとエンジンを繋ぐクラッチの締結タイミングがずれることがある。そのため、エンジン回転が上昇せず、再始動できないおそれがある。
改善措置
①②全車両、トランスミッション制御コンピュータとエンジン制御コンピュータの制御プログラムを対策プログラムに修正し、トランスミッションの初期学習を実施する。
