Defect
In the engine cooling system, improper mold management during radiator cap production results in insufficient engagement between the cap and the filler neck, reducing the seal integrity. Continued use allows high-temperature coolant to discharge through the overflow tube. In the worst case, this may cause burns.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the radiator cap with a conforming part.

状況
原動機の冷却装置において、ラジエータキャップを成型する金型の管理が不適切なため、フィラーネックとの掛かり代が小さくなり、シール性が不足したものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、オーバーフローチューブから高温の冷却水が噴き出し、最悪の場合、火傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ラジエータキャップを良品と交換する。
