Defect
In the suspension system, improper assembly work instructions for the cushion connecting plate—which links the rear cushion arm to the swing arm—result in some units having the plate installed in the reversed orientation. Repeated driving over rough or uneven road surfaces can cause the plate to fracture. In the worst case, driving stability may be compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the cushion connecting plate installation orientation; on affected units, replace the cushion connecting plate and dust seal with new parts.

状況
緩衝装置において、リヤクッションアームとスイングアームを連結するクッションコネクティングプレートの組付け作業指示が不適切なため、当該プレートの表裏を逆向きに組付けたものがある。そのため、凹凸路面等を繰り返し走行するとプレートが折損し、最悪の場合、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、クッションコネクティングプレートの組付け状態を点検し、該当するものはクッションコネクティングプレートとダストシールを新品と交換する。
