Defect
On light trucks, the side guards were manufactured incorrectly, resulting in an insufficient number of spot welds joining the corner side guard to the side guard bar. Continued use in this condition may cause the corner side guard to detach from the side guard bar.
Corrective action
Inspect the side guard on all vehicles. If a nonconforming part is found, replace it with a conforming part.

状況
小型トラックにおいて、サイドガードの製造が不適切なため、コーナーサイドガードとサイドガードバーを結合しているスポット溶接数が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、コーナーサイドガードがサイドガードバーから脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、サイドガードを点検し、不良品が装着されていた場合は良品に交換する。
