Defect
On some vehicles, the mounting bolts for the radiator mount bracket — which secures the radiator to the body in the engine compartment — were not installed during assembly. The unsecured radiator may shift, causing a radiator hose to detach and coolant to leak. Continued operation in this condition may result in engine overheating.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the radiator mount bracket mounting bolts will be properly torqued and secured.

状況
エンジンルーム内のラジエータを車体に固定するための部品（ラジエータマウントブラケット）の固定ボルトが取り付けられなかったものがあるため、ラジエータが動き、ラジエータホースの外れにより、冷却水が漏れる可能性がある。また、そのままの状態で使用を継続するとオーバーヒートが発生するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ラジエータマウントブラケット固定ボルトを適切に締結する。
