Defect
In the engine cooling system, the water hose routed between the engine and the automatic transmission oil cooler has insufficient strength. Repeated internal pressure fluctuations cause the hose to deform. Continued use in this condition can cause the hose to fail, resulting in a sudden, large-volume coolant leak and engine overheating.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the six affected water hoses with corrected parts.

状況
原動機の冷却措置において、原動機から自動変速機用オイルクーラ間で配管されている ウォーターホースの強度が不十分なため、内圧変化の繰返しにより当該ホースが変形し、 そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ホースが破損し、急激かつ多量の水漏れを起こし 、オーバーヒートに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ホース(６本）を、対策品に交換。
