Defect
On the rear license plate bracket stay, the chassis frame mounting point has insufficient strength, allowing cracks to develop at the attachment under road vibration and similar operating loads. Continued use allows the crack to propagate, and the stay may detach and fall from the vehicle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a reinforcement bracket fastening the license plate bracket stay to the upper cross member. Any stay attachment points already showing cracks must be repaired. Where the same stay is also used to support a company name plate bracket or similar fitting, apply the same corrective measures.

状況
車両後面のナンバーブラケットステーにおいて、シャシフレーム取付部の強度が不足しているため、走行振動等により当該取付部に亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、ステーが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナンバーブラケットステーとその上部クロスメンバーを締結する補強材を追加する。なお、当該ステー取付部に亀裂が生じているものは補修を行う。更に、当該ステーを社名板ブラケット等のステーとして使用している場合は、同様の処置を行う。
