Defect
The LED headlamp wiring connector gasket was made from an unsuitable material that releases sulfur compounds, which corrode the LED circuit. As corrosion progresses, the circuit may develop a broken wire. If this occurs, the parking lamps and auxiliary lamps may fail to illuminate.
Corrective action
Inspect the headlamps on all vehicles. If a fault is found, replace the headlamp with a corrected part. If no fault is found, replace the gasket with a corrected part and apply a desulfurizing material inside the headlamp housing.

状況
LEDヘッドランプにおいて、配線コネクタ用ガスケットの材質が不適切なため、ガスケットから発生する硫黄成分によりLED回路が腐食することがある。そのため、腐食が進行して回路が断線すると、車幅灯、補助灯が点灯しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヘッドランプを点検し、異常がある場合は、ヘッドランプを対策品に交換する。点検の結果、異常が無い場合は、ガスケットを対策品に交換するとともにヘッドランプ内に脱硫材を張り付ける。
