Defect
On medium-duty trucks, the drain plug on the fuel tank may not have been tightened properly due to improper assembly procedures. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, fuel may leak from the drain plug.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, tighten the fuel tank drain plug to the specified torque.

状況
中型トラックの燃料タンクにおいて、ドレンプラグの燃料タンクへの組み付け作業が不適切なため、ドレンプラグが適切に締め付けられていないものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ドレンプラグ部より燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクドレンプラグを規定トルクで締め付ける。
