Defect
Incorrect specification repair parts were supplied for the fuel tank mounting bands on certain air-suspension tractors. Vehicles fitted with these bands have insufficient clamping force. Repeated severe impacts during off-road or rough-road operation may cause the fuel tank to shift. Continued use allows the tank to contact and damage the fuel filter mounting bracket. In the worst case, a fuel leak may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the fuel tank mounting bands and replace any incorrect bands with non-defective units. Replace any tank found to be damaged with a new unit.

状況
空気ばね緩衝装置付トラクタの燃料タンク固定バンドにおいて、誤った仕様の修理用部品を供給したため、当該バンドを取り付けた車両ではバンドによる締結力が不十分となり、悪路走行時等の過大な衝撃を繰り返し受けると、燃料タンクが動く場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、燃料タンクが燃料フィルタ取付金具と干渉して損傷し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンク固定バンドを点検し、不適切なものは良品と交換する。また、タンクに損傷の見られるものは新品と交換する。
