Defect
On light-duty trucks, the DPF muffler mounting bracket is incorrectly positioned, causing it to contact the fuel line on affected vehicles. Driving vibration and related stresses can damage the fuel line, resulting in a fuel leak. In the worst case, this may lead to a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the DPF muffler mounting bracket with a corrected part and reposition it to eliminate interference with the fuel line. Additionally, inspect the fuel line for damage caused by contact with the bracket; if damage is found, repair or replace the fuel line.

状況
小型トラックにおいて、ＤＰＦマフラー取付金具の設定が不適切なため、当該金具が燃料配管と干渉しているものがある。そのため、走行時の振動等により、燃料配管が損傷して燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＤＰＦマフラー取付金具を対策品に交換すると共に、当該取付金具の取付位置を変更する。 また、燃料配管を点検し、当該取付金具との干渉による損傷が認められた場合は、燃料配管を補修または新品と交換する。
