Defect
Due to improper management of the lens molding dies for the side turn signal lamp, some lenses were produced bearing an approval number that differs from the correct regulatory approval number. As a result, the affected lamps may not conform to Article 41 of the Safety Standards (turn signal lamp requirements).
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the side turn signal lamp with the correct approved unit.
