Defect
During production of the left rear door tempered glass, the cooling process applied after glass forming is inadequate, resulting in insufficient tempering of some panels. As a result, the affected glass may not conform to the tempered glass breakage test prescribed by Safety Standards Article 29.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the left rear door glass with a corrected part.

状況
左側リヤドアガラスにおいて、強化ガラス生産時の冷却工程が不適切なため、ガラス成形後の冷却不足により適切に強化処理がされなかったものがある。そのため、保安基準第２９条で規定された強化ガラスの破砕試験に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左側リヤドアガラスを良品に交換する。
