Defect
On the right LED headlamp, the wiring of the light source unit was routed improperly during manufacturing. The misrouted wiring interferes with internal components and may restrict the lateral movement of the light source unit. This can cause the optical axis to shift during use, resulting in the lamp failing to conform to Safety Standards Article 32 (Headlamp Standards).
Corrective action
Check the manufacturing lot number of the right headlamp on all vehicles. On affected units, replace the right headlamp with a conforming unit.

状況
ＬＥＤ仕様の右側ヘッドランプにおいて、内部構成部品である光源ユニットの製造時のコード配索が不適切なため、光源ユニットのコードが内部に干渉し、光源ユニットの左右方向の動きが妨げられることがある。そのため、使用過程で光軸ずれが発生し、保安基準第３２条（前照灯の基準）に適合しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、右側ヘッドランプの製造ロット番号を確認し、該当するものは右側ヘッドランプを良品に交換する。
