Defect
On large trucks, the urea solution hose in the exhaust emission control system has insufficient heat resistance. Heat from the DPD (Diesel Particulate Diffuser) may melt the connector section of the hose. Continued use causes urea solution to leak, and exhaust emissions may fail to meet the specified standard values.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the urea solution hose with the corrected part.

状況
大型トラックの排出ガス発散防止装置において、尿素水ホースの耐熱性が不足しているため、ＤＰＤ（粒子状物質除去装置）の熱により当該ホースのコネクタ部が溶損するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、尿素水が漏れ、排出ガスが基準値を満足しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、尿素水ホースを対策品に交換する。
