Defect
On tractors equipped with the GH13 engine, improper work instructions for interim-specification parts result in some urea water tank chassis harnesses being built with a non-conforming waterproofing specification. The inadequate waterproofing allows water to enter at the processed section, causing wiring corrosion. Continued use with corroded wiring causes conductivity failures that trigger warning lights and audible alerts on the instrument cluster and disable the exhaust aftertreatment system. As a result, nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions may exceed the regulatory limit.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the urea water tank chassis harness with the correct production part, and inspect all connectors. Any connector showing corrosion must have the mating component replaced with a new part.

状況
ＧＨ１３型エンジン搭載トラクタの尿素水タンクシャーシハーネスにおいて、暫定品の作業指示が不適切なため、防水加工の仕様が異なるものがある。そのため、防水性能が確保されず、加工部位からの水浸入により、配線が腐食し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、導通不良によりインストルメントクラスタ上に警告灯点灯及び警告音が吹鳴するとともに排出ガス後処理装置が不作動となり、排出ガス中の窒素酸化物（ＮＯｘ）の排出値が基準値を超えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、尿素水タンクシャーシハーネスを正規品に交換するとともに、各コネクタを点検し腐食が認められた場合は、接続側の部品を新品と交換する。
